Two men wearing lightly colored suits sit on a flower covered wagon while one man holds the reins to two darkly colored horses who pull the carriage with one horse in front of the other. More floats are visible along the dirt road in the background while a man can be seen standing next to a tripod with a large camera to the right. A brick building that reads "Dr. Whittlesey's Veterinary Hospital" stands on the side of the street while buildings and telephone poles can be seen extending into the right background.
