Description: Pamela Brenda Felix ("Brenda"), pictured circa 1967, on a set of stairs closed off with a sign that reads "Closed for your safety". The stairs are believed to be off of Lovell Avenue. Brenda Felix and her husband Charles Felix, both from England, built the Pelican Inn in Muir Beach, and raised four children (Yolanda, Tess, Mark and Anne Felix) in Mill Valley. Born in 1930, Brenda Felix died of breast cancer in 1994.
