Photograph caption dated February 16, 1961 reads, "Los Angeles councilman Everett G. Burkhalter, left, presents 'key' to the new Sun Valley Playground Clubhouse at 8133 Vineland Ave., to Steve Fennell, 12, 11053 Cantara St., and Vickie Pollotto, 10, 7463 Denny Ave., both Sun Valley, at special dedication ceremonies. Plans for the $51,900 structure were made by the Sherman Oaks architectural firm of Duncan and Conroy."
