Photograph caption dated April 7, 1965 reads "Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Noel, Encino, guests of Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Hunt, Tarzana, check racing program at Las Patroncitas' Day at the Harness races. Mrs. Hunt is a member of Las Patroncitas, a guild supporting Valley Presbyterian Hospital. Proceeds from the event will go toward purchasing equipment in the hospital's department of nuclear medicine." The couple is looking at a menu from a Santa Anita Racetrack restaurant.
