Developer Tom Gilmore and his wife, Trish, standing across the street from the Hellman Building, a six-story stone and tile open loft building, located at 405-411 S. Main St. in the Historic core of Downtown Los Angeles. Three distinctive turn of the century buildings: the Continental, the Hellman, and the San Fernando buildings, were acquired by Gilmore Associates, and were designed by the architectural firm of Killefer Flammang, making up the Old Bank District lofts.
