Description: A Pacific Electric rail line took passengers from Mountain Junction in Altadena to the Rubio Pavilion where the Cable Incline Railway was located. The Incline rails (seen here) went from Rubio Pavilion (foreground) to Echo Mountain (at the top), a trip of nearly 3,000 feet, rising over 1,300 feet. We see an electric car to the left of the cable car. Passengers are standing around the station while a loaded Incline Cable car sets at the bottom of the line.; Similar to image: 00012708.
