Tony Randall, of Management Frontiers Pty Limited, writes Drucker telling him that aside from seeing him in London in June 1995 at a management forum, he has not seen him since the late 1970's. He tells Drucker that he remembers more of how Drucker treated people and his kindness, than his words during his speeches. Randall goes on to explain the reason that prompted him to contact Drucker. Letter is handwritten.
