Description
This circa-1955 photograph shows Sacramento's Buddhist Church at 418 O St. The congregation, the second oldest of its kind in the United States, was founded in 1900 with 50 original members. To the right of the frame is the church's auditorium at 410 O St. The church moved to a new location at Riverside Boulevard and X Street in 1959.
