Description
The Valley to Vietnam series, produced by Sacramento Public Library, traces the arc of experience of Vietnam era veterans living in the Sacramento, California area. Sacramento native Ted Adams spent three tours of duty in Vietnam, first with the 9th Infantry Division, and the second and third with the Green Berets. From the playground of William Land Park School to a close encounter with military celebrity, Adams' candidness provides for an enjoyable viewing.
