Description
Photo description provided by AP states: "These homes, inundated by flood water, are on the eastern end of Isleton, but outside a protective levee built Wednesday after another levee on the San Joaquin and Sacramento Rivers gave way. Isleton has been evacuated because it is feared the protective dike may give way. Hundreds have been made homeless by the flood and damage is estimated to run into the millions."
