Photograph caption dated December 19, 1955 reads "Pretty little Diane Jean Jones, 4 1/2, of North Hollywood, offers presents to children hospitalized with infantile paralysis at General Hospital. She remembered how lonely she was last summer when she was confined with polio and bought Christmas tree and gifts so that, 'All the children will have a happy Christmas.'"
