Description
This is a letter written by Mel Hurni for Peter Drucker. The letter is Hurni's review of a chapter from a book Drucker was working on. The title of the book is not given, but Hurni finds the theme of the chapter to be "the need to move beyond individualism and collectivism". Drucker writes of the professional being the one to bring about this evolution of the new organization, but Hurni thinks it should be focused on the manager.
