Description
Spring green pill box style hat. Aqua blue fabric flower garland with dark green fabric leaves around crown. At back of hat garland comes to a close with two overlapped fabric leaves. Inside of hat is trimmed with green grosgrain ribbon. Label: "Designed by Phyllis, New York."
