Photograph of a painted portrait of St. Anthony of Padua by Bartolome Esteban Murillo, [s.d.]. The saint is at right and is turned to the left. He is wearing the hooded robe of a monk, as well as a dark headpiece. He is holding an open book in front of him, and sitting on the book is a naked child partially wrapped in a cloth. The child is reaching towards Anthony, who is also holding flowers. Murillo lived from 1617-1682.
