Description: This silver-colored program accompanied the 25th anniversary for the Fine Arts Festival. Intended to be a showcase of the Sacramento City Unified School District's music prowess, the event - first known as the Music Festival - began in 1943 after the country’s involvement in World War II delayed the intended inaugural date of 1942.
