The roof is sloped in a few places, while the majority of the roof is flat. A tower can be seen extending from the roof at right, while a clock is visible at its top. Four workers can be seen walking on a sidewalk in front of a low wall in front of the building. Several automobiles can be seen parked on a road in front of the building, while a grass field is visible in the foreground.
