She says that leaders today have a responsibility to other people and must consider the needs of outside groups. She discusses how unions are beginning to suffer and are declining from a lack of vision and leadership. She ends the interview by comparing how computer companies Microsoft and Apple conduct business, and the connections they have made to other software companies.
