Description: Photo of the "Time to Buy" liquor store clock at Ventura and Newcastle showing the hands on the clock at 1:40. The liquor store opened in 1987 at 18001 Ventura Boulevard in the city of Encino. The marquee advertises liquor specials, among them: Stoli Vodka for $19.99, Remy Martin VSOP for $39.99, Kendal Jackson for $12.99, St. Jean Chardonnay for $10.00, etc. To the left of the photo, a street banner advertising an Andy Warhol exhibition at MOCA hangs from a street lamp.
