Description
Photograph caption dated September 18, 1957 reads "Raymond del Prato, 50-year-old master violin-maker of Van Nuys takes critical look at his son Pierre's model airplane. Advice should be good, since his father carves model planes for Lockheed's wind-tunnel testing. Del Prato also builds violins and other stringed instruments in family workshop."
