The Antelope Valley Fair and Alfalfa Festival is held annually at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds, 2551 West Avenue H, in Lancaster, California.
Photograph caption dated June 4, 1955 reads "Youth has its inning. Admiring trophy held by Paul McIver, Future Farmer winner, is Queen Barbara Scumacher (sic), right. Left are A. G. Marquardt, manager, and Tom McCracken, plant manager of Northrop Corp. Hundreds of youths show their exhibits during the Antelope Valley Fair."
