Description
Land lease for 20 acres (handwritten notation reduces the land to 10 acres) of the Maria de los Reyes Dominguez allotment, a part of the Dune Tracts in Rancho San Pedro. The lease is for a single year beginning November 1, 1935 and ending October 31, 1936 with rent of $150. The document is signed by the company and lessee.
