Description
This artistic rendering of downtown Sacramento looking west features an undeveloped West Sacramento and the upper portion of the Sacramento River with the Southern Pacific station and yards to the right of the bridge. The water filtration plant is at the upper center of the image and other iconic Sacramento structures include the Capitol Building, California State Library and Courts Building in the lower left center. The building partially visible in the lower center is the Westminster Presbyterian Church at 13th and N Streets, built by the architectural team of Dean and Dean and dedicated in time for Christmas, 1927.
