Photograph caption dated May 23, 1960 reads, "Sign Proclamation - Verna Felton, honorary mayor of North Hollywood, affixes signature to proclamation designating May as Senior Citizens' Month in North Hollywood. Proclamation was signed also by B. S. Hand, left, of Chamber of Commerce, in presence of Max Deutsch, president of Senior Citizens Club of North Hollywood."
