Description
Photograph caption dated October 25, 1956 reads, "This enthusiastic group of merchants turned out for a picture taken in front of the new building they will occupy at Valley Plaza. Owners of the building are, left to right, Louis, Robert, Rene, Yetta and Harvey Tepper. The Teppers also own the T-Burger shop which is associated with the popular Sirloin-Burger of Van Nuys. Continuing, sixth from the left, is Lillian Wottitz and Jack Umpleby, of Lillian's Shop; Donn Kaylor, Valley Plaza Hobby Shop; Anita Gordon, Honorary Mayor of Valley Plaza, and Paul Schulte, Millicent Ruf, Sam Workman, Robert Moad, all of Workman's Employment Service."
