Photograph article dated May 17, 1949 partially reads, "The preview curtain will go up next Tuesday night at the Victory Drive-In Theater, Victory Boulevard near Coldwater Canyon Boulevard to raise construction funds for the St. Jane Frances Church and School, 13001 Victory Blvd. William Oldknow, president of Sero Enterprizes, builders and operators of the Valley's latest open air car theater, said an unreleased major studio motion picture will be shown in addition to cartoon features for children. Oldknow donated the use of the theater the night before the grand opening, May 25, on an appeal from Father Thomas Lahart, St. Jane Frances parish priest." Pictured is Father Lahart.
