Description: Robert T. (Bob) Matsui. Sacramento City Council, 1971-1978; U.S. Congress, 1979-2005. Here, Captain Joe R. Hoogstad of the Salvation Army gives Mr. Matsui a tour of their "Toy and Joy Shop," where children will be able to "shop" for over 8000 donated toys. Matsui is the Salvation Army's honorary Christmas cheer chairman.
