Description: Exterior view of third San Pedro Branch Library, located at 931 S. Gaffey St. The building, in the style of Northern Spanish architecture, was designed by Farrell and Miller and constructed to the cost of $50,000. Photograoh was taken not long after it was completed in 1924.
