View is looking northeast; Metropolitan State Hospital (formerly Norwalk State Hospital) is seen on right and above center. Running diagonally halfway toward the center is 2nd Street. Norwalk Boulevard runs along lower portion, and Bloomfield Road runs along upper middle. The city of Santa Fe Springs can be seen in the far distance. Photographed for Pacific Drive-In Theater on November 7, 1955.
