Description
A stage curtain border runs across top of this label for As You Like It Apricots. A man and a woman in Shakespearian attire add to the design of the label. In 1913 Victor Greco organized the Greco Canning Company and opened a cannery at Howard and Autumn Streets in San Jose, California. During World War I Greco was the largest packer of tomatoes in the world. The Greco Canning Company ceased operations in 1938.
