Photograph of an exterior view of Chapman Park apartment building, [s.d.]. A street can be seen in the foreground, and four automobiles can be seen parked on both sides of the street. A five story apartment building can be seen on the sidewalk. The front entrance has an elaborate canopy that extends out to the sidewalk. A man who appears to be a doorman can be seen standing outside the apartment building, on the sidewalk, a short distance to the left of the front entrance. A sign on top of the apartment building reads "Chapman Park". Palm trees can be seen growing at regularly spaced intervals on the sidewalk, near the apartment building, and park area can be seen to the left of the apartment building. The hotel was located at 615 South Alexandria Avenue. It was designed by Morgan, Walls & Clements.
