Description
Autograph letter, signed, describing French naval operations. La Luzerne also mentions (John) Holker in the conversation. The letter is dated "le 19 Xbre. 1780", and is written in Philadelphia. La Luzerne's signature is on the third page at the end of the letter. The fourth page is blank. A second autograph copy of this letter is also in this folder. Title supplied by cataloger.
