Photograph article dated January 23, 1961 partially reads, "A toy shop owner is the new president of the West Van Nuys Chamber of Commerce. But the child's world of make-believe that surrounds Kenneth L. Jacobi during his working hours is no indication of the seriousness with which he takes his new office. Jacobi, 52, 6648 1/2 Woodley Ave., sees a resurrection in industrial development for his community. With true chamber of commerce optimism, Jacobi foresees a 'bright future for West Van Nuys, stimulated by the nearby airport and the intelligent rezoning of property adjacent to the airport.'"
