Description
Don Phillips came to Claremont Graduate University in 1971, which was the first year of the Drucker School. He recounts having Peter Drucker as a teacher and the excitement of being a student in the early years of the Drucker School. He also discusses his career after graduating from the Drucker School, and he contends that from Drucker he learned "to question and be open, to include and to remember that there is no vacation between decision making".
