Description
A woman is depicted standing next to a column and a red and gold chair. Her hair is pulled back softly from a center part, and dressed with white plumes and white lace. Her pink dress is off the shoulder and short sleeved. The bodice has a pointed waist,and has draped and puffed material at the shoulder and across the bodice. There is white lace edging the collar. Her skirt has a long train attached at the waist. Around the edges of the train are pink ruching, white scalloped lace, and pink leaves. On the skirt itself are three horizontal rows of white lace, each edged with more rows of pink leaves. Her accessories include a necklace, many gold bracelets on each arm, and a gold fan that she holds in her left hand.
