Photograph caption dated May 6, 1937 reads, "Margaret Fillmore, Miss Minter's sister, who was also called to appear before the grand jury, is shown conferring with an attorney today. The diaries of Miss Minter, which reportedly started the new investigation, were those she kept before and just after the murder of Taylor."
