The centennial observance of the oldest designated historic landmark in California, Marshall's Monument in Coloma, California. Speakers included the Honorable Norman S. Waters, State Assembly [7th District], who presented a Resolution of the California State Assembly commending the Marshall Monument Centennial Steering Committee. Directed, Edited & Videotaped by King 5 Television, El Dorado County’s own television station. Music by Slim Pickings, Coloma, California.
