This is the top floor of the Pan American Building, located on the northwest corner of 3rd and Broadway. In this photo, the building is still under construction and stacks of lumber are piled throughout the floor. The tall, ornate building on the corner of Third Street and Broadway, home of the Million Dollar Theater, can be seen in the background. Photograph dated June 24, 2005.
