Description
Survey of an average size, complex, one-story California bungalow. Originally the house was painted brown and now it is green. The house was built by local builder Walter Hicks in 1916. There were multiple owners of the house including Mr. Howard whom the house was built for, who owned it for five or six years. Mr. Brooke-Towne next owned the house until 1952 when Mrs. Nissley purchased it. That same year the Boggesses purchased one acre including the house from Mrs. Nissley. There were lemon trees all around the house and now there are various fruit trees on the property.
