Looking southeast across the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Normandie Avenue in East Hollywood, May 1979. A makeshift produce stand occupies an empty corner lot and a crane is being used for a construction project underway. Homes on Mariposa Avenue, one street east, are visible through the center.
