"Plan and estimates prepared for the California River and Harbor League by John T. Flynn - Harbor Engineer, San Francisco, 1912." Shows piers, railroads, streets. Identifies: Union Iron Works, Western Sugar Refinery, Western Pacific Railway, Islais Inner Basin, India Basin, Union Iron Works Dry Dock, proposed Navy Yards, Southern Pacific and Western Pacific Railroad depots. Identifies high tide line and reclaimed lands.
