Photograph of the inner harbor at San Pedro from the lumber yards, 1884. The lumber yard is full of rows and rows of stacked boards and beams. There is a two story white wooden building with a second-story balcony at left. Behind the lumber yard, several vertical poles are visible these are possibly the masts of ships hidden by the endless expanse of wood. The water of the harbor is visible in the background.
