Photograph was edited for publication purposes Caption dated November 1, 1963 reads, "Geyser floods the Burbank intersection of Cordova St. and Magnolia Blvd. late Sunday after a car driven by Franklin B. Lewis Jr., 24, 2122 1/2 N. Lincoln Ave., Burbank, sheared off a hydrant. Lewis, who apparently lost control of his car, is in satisfactory condition in St. Joseph Hospital. Police said water soared 15 feet above the electric lines at the corner."
