Kneeling are (l to r) Robert Bracamones and Alex Rodriquez; in rear are Jessie Rodriquez, Arthur Jones, William Mazziotti, Dorothy Crowl and Raymond Thomas, all of whom contributed time and labor. The text of the plaque is clearly legible.
