Photograph of aerial view of flooded road intersection south of Rosemead, ca.1935. At the center of the image, the intersection of two wide roads can be seen. One road extends from left to right. The other road begins at the bottom of the image and moves upwards. In each quadrant of the intersection, large fields can be seen. Further to the right, another road is visible that intersects each of the previous two roads. In the bottom-right quadrant of the intersection at right, a large group of structures is visible. In the extreme background at left, rows of trees can be seen. To the far right, plots of homes are visible. Photoprint reads: "This photograph is loaned to you. Please return to: Illustrator. L.A.
