Description
Photograph caption dated July 5, 1961 reads "Rex Andrews, chief of Burbank police department, pauses at new $920,000 City Hall annex which was opened earlier this year. Original City Hall was constructed in 1916 on present site at Third street and Olive avenue." The annex is at 272 East Olive Avenue.
