Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker talks about his audio book, “Drucker on Management.” This is the second part of a two-part discussion entitled “Managing Diversity, Growth, and Innovation.” He begins by describing that managers must keep updating their practices and products to keep the customer interested. He talks about the importance of having a good system of values in a business setting. He discusses what to do if an idea or product doesn’t fit in with the mission of the company. Drucker talks about joint venture companies and running international businesses. He advises what to do when a joint venture is not successful. He ends the tape by discussing over-education in the work force.
