Description
A placid place of quietude in a noisy world--the charm and beauty of the garden is seen in this view of one of the lagoons at the Arboretum. The Arboretum is not open to the public; it won't be for months. However, Dr. Russell J. Seibert, Arboretum director, hopes for the day when restrictions will be lifted and the general public may go thronging to the paradise to view its loveliness. Photo dated: March 21, 1953.
