Description
First photograph caption dated April 4, 1960 reads "Gets a chance." Second photograph caption dated December 15, 1960 reads "Bilko to Angels. Big Steve Bilko, the home run hitting hero of the old Pacific Coast League Angels, was selected by the new Los Angeles American League team today in a special draft of minor league players. Bilko hit 153 home runs in three years with the now defunct PCL team."
