Description
This photograph is identified with what appears to be a United Press International index number which is listed as SXP052206S. This is written along with the caption at the bottom of the photograph on the front. The exact location is unknown but it is somewhere in San Jose, California. The image is of a two year old boy named James Firguson of Mountain View, California, learning the eagle dance from a Native American from the Kiowa named Lanny Quoetone. Both are standing in front of a tipi. James Firguson is facing Lanny Quoetone and is mimicking his movement. Lanny Quoetone is bending slightly with arms outstretched as if he way flying and he is wearing traditional Native American clothing.
