The entire 1931 French Zig-Zag Moderne style complex, which includes ground floor businesses, the Wiltern Theatre, and the Pellissier Building, was designed by Stiles O. Clements and is a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument. Intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Western Avenue at night.
