The entire 1931 French Zig-Zag Moderne style complex, which includes ground floor businesses, the Wiltern Theatre, and the Pellissier Building, was designed by Stiles O. Clements and is a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument. Intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Western Avenue at night. The marquee and the lights of the theater make the lower stories of the structure visible. Photograph dated September 1, 1935.
